I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, retired. I usually get my oil change at your location. Now you have a price of oil change I called to ask price.your company all about profits. Repeat customers don't do online ,never get promo deals monthly or email coupons. It's terrible that #1 I brought all four tires,my usual tire price care my SUV size I want to stay with Same style tires.onkynget free rotation if get oil change,#2 buy tires don't get free balance of tires? I pay money for tires,really terrible,got car got road tires package rims,etc of tires waste of $800.00. Now prices etc up.were my car was repaired from a rear ended accident they better price.$77.00 not your $159.00 plus tax really? Your moto about how you value customers? If I handed call spoke to Chris and Mark, I was quoted a price $35.00 I got there person to tell me different price,? Mark tell me well life car up,pay tech for doing your car. Really not good customer service, and customer should have to do research and then say I was told this or that?

Brought vehicle in for scheduled oil change and requested a tire rotation as well since they supposedly weren't done since 2023 according to my records..Having doubts about that now... Received vehicle back and noticed after I got home, the tires were not rotated as I requested, but documented as "completed" on service record. Reason I know they weren't rotated is because the left rear wheel assembly has a curb rash scuff that was temp paint repaired and should of been rotated to other side or forward if that was the case. I understand it's an internal function included in the oil change service package and not an extra cost ...but please do the job or state reason why it wasn't done. Car was in service area for 2.5 hrs.

Schedule appointment online for recall 2024 blazer ev parking brake and multi point inspection, tire rotation. Service advisor unaware of recall, said to new 6-25-2025 issue. Informed advisor to go with the service. after returning to dealership advisor said they were performing a temporary fix on the parking brake. Everything good to the point the next day error message on my car service tire monitoring system. This makes me have to make a extra trip back to the dealership. Second time this has happened.

Have been having this issue with my vehicle for months. Couldn't "see" the issue when it was logged on the device that checks for errors. Also made it known that the rear heater wasn't working months ago and reminded today when I brought the vehicle in. Was at the shop from 8a until 3p and low and behold one issue corrected, the rear heat not even checked.

The Auto-off has now been in the shop to be looked at 3 times. First time you didn't have time as they could not locate a draw on power to make battery low, but paperwork would be left open to bring back in. Brought in and battery charged and it worked for a couple months and then stopped working for a couple months. Brought in again and same thing, battery low so charged up battery and so far it is working again. My seat though, been a problem for a long time, still not fixed as it continues to drop about 1/8" per hour of driving, and in 8 hours that moves it about 1-1/4" back diagonal from the steering wheel. So about 3 times for each problem, I've had someone look at those issues, and hoping the auto-off continues to work, and the seat is still an issue. They have fixed some other issues with success, some I don't think they know why, like transmission shifting fixed itself after the first battery charge. It was shifting horribly long till it went in the first time.

It was a decent experience, but I was never updated on my vehicles status or how long the service was going to take. I had to walk to the counter and ask. I was met with an awkward look and was told it would take all day. I found that to be pretty rude. Had I known, I would have asked for a loaner or dropped off. My helper seemed uninformed and uninterested in providing me service. Standard, take a number and take a seat. Did not feel like a valued customer.

They immediately took our car in to get the battery replaced and within an hour and a half, we were on our way and the cost was less than half the quote we received from a local tire dealership. That is why we bring our car to place we purchased the vehicle. We know they have the correct part(s) and the work is to specification of the manufacturer.

I took my truck in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. The visit report I received stated top off of fluids. However the next day my truck notified me I was low on washer fluid. When I looked up what was included in the multipoint inspection, washer fluid is included. I'm concerned that things were marked as completed on the report that were not in fact done

I made an appointment for an oil change and it took three hours. If i had know it would take that long I would have taken a shuttle to go home. What’s the point of making an appointment for something that should take an hour at the longest?! Might have to take my business elsewhere. If the service people were running behind or low staffed, they should make a comment to the customer! Not happy customer.

I was blatantly lied to. I was led to believe that the catalytic converter was insured up to 150,000 miles. It was only to 80,000 miles and the part that was wrong was only insured up to 50K miles. This breach in trust will mean I will never walk into this dealership again, as I am not sure that I can trust the advice or service.

$400 for an hour repair on a door lock does not make me happy. Then $600 for just replacing front brake pads (which I have done myself; takes one hour to do-and life time pads cost $80) so $500 for labor...........don't expect a recomendation, Your service personnel were friendly and Professional.

So, we went to Titus Will in Tacoma to look into buying a used car. We ended up testing driving four new ones. I picked the one we sat down and talked about the price. That’s when I got a rush of panic. This was a huge financial change for me. I’ve never bought a new car in over 20 years. The sales associate said, “Wait here, I’ll have you talk to Vanis Daniels.” So, we walked over to his desk. He didn’t start talking about money and what the company wanted right away. Instead, he asked my husband and me, “What do you want?” He actually made us feel like we mattered, which was huge. No one has ever done that for us. We sat for hours, and he made us feel like family. At no point did he make us feel anxious or pressured. By the end of our experience, we drove off in a brand-new Chevrolet. We were so happy with our choice. Vanis deserves all the praise. We gained a new friend, and he’s by far the best salesperson I’ve ever worked with. He deserves an award for his kindness and professionalism. If he ever leaves, I don’t think I’d return.

I bought our present Impala new way back in 2006 from Titus-Will. Next year (2026), it will be 20 years old and still in great running condition. For that length of time, we have only put about 57,000 miles on it, which means we don't go on many lengthy trips due to our advanced age. I am still driving that same old car, but thanks to the service department at Titus-Will our car is still in good shape. I remember some 60+ years ago, I bought my first car (a 1964 SS Impala with a 327 engine) and I really loved that car. Of course, I have had several different cars since then, but I will always remember the Impalas and how long we kept them. I only recently found out that the Impalas were discontinued about two years ago. That was sad to hear, but changes must occur as time goes on. I will enjoy driving as long as possible. Thanks again to Titus-Will for keeping us safely on the road all these years.
