Part of car ownership is knowing that you will have to bring your vehicle in to see a mechanic for a repair or routine maintenance. When you do have to bring your Chevrolet vehicle in for its checkup, you will need to decide whether you want to take it to your local shop or a dealership service center like ours here at Titus-Will Chevrolet. Here, we go over why you should bring your Chevy to us for service.

OUR TECHNICIANS ARE CHEVY CERTIFIED
Dealership service centers employ technicians that are specialists in specific models, which means our technicians know Chevrolet vehicles better than non-specialists. They are trained by Chevrolet and typically only work on Chevrolet models. These specialists also receive on-going training, which means that they understand the best, most efficient way to fix whatever issue your vehicle is experiencing.
WE USE CHEVY PARTS

If you're getting your Chevy repaired with us, you know that the repair is being completed with original Chevy parts. These parts are exact replicas of the parts that are being replaced, which means they will work perfectly with your vehicle, and if your vehicle is under warranty, they tend to cost nothing. Some local shops use generic parts that can affect the performance of your vehicle in the future, hurting you in the long run.
USE YOUR WARRANTY

When you drive one of our Chevrolet vehicles off the dealership lot, you will have a warranty that will either cover or help reduce the cost of your vehicle's maintenance. For instance, every new 2019 Chevy comes with a three-year or 36,000-mile Bumper-to-Bumper Limited Warranty. This warranty will cover the work completed at our dealership service center, which a corner garage can't do. Also, when you bring your vehicle in to a dealership, the repair that is completed will also likely be under its own warranty. That way, if the repair doesn't work, you can get it fixed again without worrying about cost.
