Am I Able to Order Other Vehicle Not Shown on This Page?

Our inventory updates every year with the newest model. There are times your order will be accepted, and other times orders are closed. If you can't find the model you want, touch base with us!

How Do I Place an Order?

All you need to do is submit your request by clicking the Start Custom Order button and let us know what your vehicle preferences are in the comments section. A team member from Titus-Will Chevrolet of Parkland will contact you to confirm the vehicle, explore upcoming models, and submit your order to Chevrolet.

How Long Does Delivery Take of My New Vehicle?

The delivery time can vary by model and trim configuration, but Chevrolet will do everything they can to hurry the order for your benefit.

Does It Cost Extra to Order a Vehicle?

 It won't cost you any more than it would at the dealership! We'll negotiate all prices with you during the process, but we won't charge extra for online orders.

Am I Eligible for Extra Incentives on My Order?

You are! You can take advantage of qualifying incentives at the time of the order or after your vehicle is delivered - whichever works best for you.

Can I Finance or Lease My Ordered Vehicle?

You can! We can happily explain your options and arrange a payment plan that fits your budget.

Once My Vehicle is Ordered, How Can I Track It?

You can track it once a VIN has been assigned to it! We can show you how!

Where Do I Get My VIN to Track the Ordered Vehicle?

Someone from our team will provide you with the VIN once it's established.

How Will I Know When My Vehicle has Arrived?

 Once your vehicle arrives at the dealership, a team member will contact you to inform you of the arrival. We'll collect any information we need to finalize the sale and schedule a time and date to deliver the vehicle to you!
