    The service part of the recall replacement was good. I gave the service person my cell phone # to call me when the car was ready, he called my wife at home. While in the waiting room the staff on the floor had a shouting match with each other, yelling, screaming, swearing. The other people in the waiting room were all looking at each other and rolling their eyes. Not very professional at all.

    Had oil change appointment at 8am was told it would take about an hour, not called at 11:30 returned to dealer it was ready and nobody informed me.

    Starting with making the appointment, Chris acted like he’s never made an appointment with a customer before. It was cumbersome and I had to prompt him by asking what of my information he needed. He sat in silence for an extended period after I said I need to make a service appointment. Your records show I’m due a no cost oil change, I had to remind Chris. If I hadn’t known I was due this, it would have expired. Then especially since I had to tell him about the included service, I felt insulted when he told me “I was lucky that I came in when I did otherwise the included service would have expired”. I was very intentional when I brought my vehicle in. Then the attempted upcharge for $400-$600 for “looking“ at things and putting treatments in under the guise that is is recommended based on my driving habits is ridiculous.
