I booked the appt so I didn’t have to have a long wait & had my 2 year old with me. He then in a lecturing tone told me if I had called & made the appt rather than booking online he would’ve told me it was a busy time. It was so rude, & his suggestion was that I can cancel. This appt was still a bit of a long wait but I had a different member of staff & she was very kind. She did an amazing job at being kind & patient & worked so well with customers.Juan M
