Long wait but if it’s worth the quality of service that’s more important to me.

Great service. Had my car towed to the shop and just remained in touch via phone with Derek who called me after the job was done. Seamless and process was extremely convenient

Cost me 125$ for them to tell me they aren’t sure what’s wrong . I purchased that car there your mechanics are the only ones that work on it. I find it hard to believe my car is the only one that’s had this issue. I feel a huge lack of research on chevys part.

Always a welcoming, friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Never been disappointed, just wish oil changes were just a little faster. Would not go anywhere else, I drive by a GM dealership to go to Titus Will.

I came in for a “30 min oil change” as per the sticker on my windshield said at 815am. 2 hours later I get my truck back and my tires were rotated and my engine idles slightly higher and my truck now runs harsh as if you didn’t change my oil abs somehow made it worse.. this has never happened to me… usually every single time I change my oil my truck runs new again, smooth running. Completely can tell that it has new oil. This time blew my truck shakes slightly just idling. My truck now sounds like it’s chugging along… I’m at a loss of words and idk what to do. They recommended I get a new engine filter. I just replaced it 9000 miles ago at the dealership. And a new cabin filter which I replaced myself shortly after. I just replaced the engine air filter and it looked fine. I’m assuming the cabin air filter will as well once I change it. Anyways.. I brought it back in that afternoon and voiced my concerns and was told nothing happened and that it’s how it was when I brought it in. My truck all of a sudden runs rough and I feel like I’m on my own now with some problem the lube tech created. This truck is all I have and now I’mfkd…

Everyone was really great and friendly, but the overall service took too long. They had my car for almost a week and continued to say they were still waiting on parts. Plus, without loaners it's really hard to want to bring my car back here.

I brought my 2022 chev bolt to the dealership for its 7500 mile service, a two factory recalls, but more importantly a low propulsion error I had experienced twice while driving where I lost about 50% power while driving on I-5 in which I had to slow down significantly. When I first encountered the error, I called my local dealer in Olympia Washington and was told the EV experts are in Parkland. When I picked up the vehicle, the service representative said they could tell me why I got the propulsion error because the electronic records don't go back that far. They couldnt even tell me what it could have been which I found odd because they are suppose to have an expert EV tech and I'm certain I'm not the first customer to have experienced that issue. I also asked the service rep at the counter why my conditioning dial within the detail menu never showed any data, showing the battery was being reconditioned. He had no idea so he went back to ask the EV tech but wasn't able to get the answer so he googled it in front of me which is something I could have done, then he came me this answer that he just read from the screen. Finally, other dealerships I've taken my car to get worked on have always washed the vehicle as a courtesy. I take it this dealership doesn't offer that service which was disappointing. Although I like my vehicle, knowing I can depend upon a dealership to provide quality service to me while I own the vehicle, I would really have to think twice before buying another EV chevy vehicle. Probably wouldn't at this point.
