              Scott, the service rep who helped me is personable and honest. I was frustrated about an ongoing problem to be repaired, and he put up with my hostility without blinking an eye. Love the man!!

              We were informed that our repair was not...

              We were informed that our repair was not under warranty(our bad for not checking the fine print on the warranty), but the quote of 1,200.00 was quite high- we went to another national shop and had the same work done for 385.00. The latter also included diagnosis that Titus-Will charged 110.00 for. On the positive side it was a stuck thermostat, as Titus-Will had diagnosed.

              I originally came into the dealership...

              I originally came into the dealership because i was interested in a 2006 honda civic. I had a 2004 nissan altima that i was still making payments on. I only owed 919 dollars on the altima. i wanted a better/nicer car for my wife. i was not able to get financed for the civic. Gary Carroll was the guy i met with. Very friendly person and not pushy you buying a car. He did not try to get me to do something i was not comfortable doing. It was really nice because i have been to some dealerships where I did not have good experiences and the people were rude to me because i was young and my credit was not mint condition. Im very glad I went to titus will. I could not get the honda but gary told me to find a newer car me and my wife like. I called him and told him i liked the chevy sonic. He called me the next day and told me that he could get me a 2014 chevy sonic. I went there and it was nice because he let me test drive a different chevy sonic while the sun visor was getting repaired on the 2014. He did not rush the test drive either. Which was good. I was able to test drive the 2014 when the visor was fixed. The 2014 was alot nicer and came with a better package than the other sonic i told him i liked. Titus will ended up taking the altima from me and they are paying off the rest of what i owed on it. he showed me everything on the new car and explained everything so i could use everything in it. he did not rush. he took his time. even when he had to take care of other customers, he still came out to the car and asked how i was doing with learning the car. he would not let me leave until he was able to show me the basics on how to use the newer equipment in the car. I got an awesome price on the car with insentives. The best part about my experience is that they actually took the time to find me the best interest rate they could get me with my credit the way it is. other dealerships were gonna give me the first one they found which was usually really high. I am overall satified with my experience. i cant thank titus will and gary enough for what they did for me.

              I got there 30 minutes before closing. Although no techs were available, Jordan Durham assisted me with not only dropping my truck off but also contacting Enterprise. I received the last available rental car that was reserved for dealership customers only. I was called the next day with the diagnosis and told the parts were in stock. I was also told that if the same issue occurred again after the repair then I would not be responsible for a misdiagnosis. This eased my mind and helped me make the decision to have my truck repaired here, where I would have the Chevy guarantee. When I went to pay, the amount was higher than I was quoted, even though I asked twice over our phone call to tell me the exact amount to the penny, including all taxes and shop fees. However, when I brought this to Jordan's attention he immediately took care of it like a good service writer should. I will bring my truck here for service again. I also would like to note the integrity of the technician that took care of my vehicle. I think his name was John Duke or Duke John. When I was quoted the amount for parts and labor it also included the diagnostic fee that I originally agreed upon. I realize that the original one hour diagnostic fee could have also been added. I feel that I was offered a fair labor fee and I am grateful for that.

              Service Dept. needs to keep their customers in the loop of whats going on with their vehicles cause I went 6-7 days with out hearing any thing about my car, but the customer service is always great
